The role:
Part-time role with flexible hours to suit school drop off and pick up or 4 days per week.
Reporting to the Head of Quality and R&D, theCustomer Service and Quality Administrator is responsible for the coordinated approach towards administration and Customer Service for the Quality Assurance team as well as maintaining records in an accurate and timely manner.
You will provide superior customer outcomes by responding to enquires through social media, email and phone and liaise with internal experts to formulate accurate responses to provide excellence in Customer Service in the ongoing growth of Murray River Pet Food.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer enquires via phone, email and social media
- Accurately record and maintain customer information in the CRM system
- Build a Q&A file for responding consistently and accurately to each enquiry
- Resolve consumer enquires in an empathetic manner, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Track all consumer interaction and prepare a weekly report on enquires
- Liaise with all internal stakeholder to seek answers for consumer enquire
- Perform document control duties: approval facilitation / monitoring, document registration and master register control, annual manual review schedule administration
- Prepare for sample freight and coordinate delivery to laboratories
- Manage relationship with laboratories to ensure timely and effective response for quotes, special testing requirements and results
- Prepare and send Certificate of Analysis (CoAs) to customers and maintain in company records
- Sample registration, dispatch and status reporting
- Maintain testing logs and coordinate testing results
Skills, knowledge and experience requirements:
- Proven previous experience in an administration and Customer Service role
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills including time management, prioritising tasks to meet competing deadlines and the capacity to achieve objectives with minimal supervision within a team environment
- Experience in the Pet Industry or Food Manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of safety, environment and Quality processes would be advantageous
- High level computer literacy especially Excel, Word and Email
- Excellent interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and experience working with various stakeholders, to ensure effective communication
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
