We're searching for a People & Culture Administrator to join our People & Culture team in Sydney on a contract basis through to October 2024. The role will be for 3 days a week, however flexible on how work is distributed across the week.As our People & Culture Administrator you'll be tasked with providing effective and efficient first level P&C services including creating employment documentation and maintaining Seven's P&C records. You'll work with the Business Partnering team on key P&C projects and support across HR initiatives.Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the people experience of Seven's employees.
- Provide administration and coordination support on all first level People & Culture queries such as entitlements, policies, procedures and processes.
- Generate and distribute pre employment checks, employment letters, and general employee correspondence.
- Manage and maintain Payroll and People & Culture records.
- Advise on system and pay related issues and solve such problems.
- Process P&C administration including processing new starters, changes to contracts i.e. parental leave letters, probation review letters and resignations.
- Ensure management of P&C information and provision of P&C policies and procedures on our Intranet and careers page.
- Generate ad-hoc as required.
- Manage the shared P&C inbox and ensure prompt responses to queries.
- Adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Commitment to delivery of excellent customer service.
