About ACFA:The Australian Cabinet and Furniture Association (ACFA) is a Not-For-Profit Industry Association and Registered Training Organisation (RTO). ACFA's primary role is to promote the viewpoints and interests of the furniture and furnishing-related industries and to provide services to members in a broad range of areas including training, workplace relations, codes, and standards.

About The Role

The RTO Training Coordinator is an exciting opportunity, which will see you as the primary point of contact for all RTO administrative processes and functions. The RTO Training Coordinator will ensure precise input of confidential student information and accurate reporting while delivering excellent customer service to all ACFA RTO Stakeholders.

You Will Also

  • Uphold accurate record-keeping and reporting utilising the RTO's Student Management System (SMS) aXcelerate.
  • Update aXcelerate with all student contracts, intakes, enrolment details, and units of competency.
  • Guarantee that customer service standards are consistently met and surpassed, encompassing both inbound and outbound calls for all stakeholders.
  • Support resource development, including mapping and validation activities.
  • Provide administrative support for RTO Management & Team.
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies as necessary, ensuring accurate data reporting.
A Bit About You:RoleTo have success in the role you will be a flexible and dynamic individual with the ability to drive excellent customer service. You will also have:
  • 2+ years prior experience in a similar RTO administration position and/or proficient understanding of the use of student management and learning management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to efficiently and proactively problem-solve enquiries over the phone or face-to-face in a professional manner.
  • Fantastic organisational and time-management skills and proficiency in programs such as MS Office Suite and aXcelerate.
  • A positive can-do attitude, and the ability to support the team when required.
  • A completed Certificate III in Business or related industry qualification
  • An unrestrictive Driver’s License
