The Role
We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Return to Work Coordinator (RTW) to join our team on a full-time basis in the Rutherford area, delivering RTW and medical management across our business in the Hunter and surrounding areas. Ideally you will have qualifications in RTW Coordination and have experience in these areas, including working in the Workers Compensation sphere.
Primarily based in the Rutherford Office, you may occasionally be required to travel to sites depending on requirements. Work is predominantly Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

Key Requirements:
- Able to develop and implement Return to Work Plans across the business in a variety of roles
- Develop and implement Medical Management Plans across a variety of medical conditions and project sites – ensuring compliance with client and system expectations
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Employee Assistance Program coordination and management
- Coordination and management of the Workers Compensation claims process
- Manage the return to work, early intervention and rehabilitation process
- Provide administration support to ensure system compliance and document control
- Completion and adherence to safe work method statements
- Compliance with FCS safety inspections, interactions
- Team player, must be adaptable and willing to assist other areas of FCS team when required
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical including a drug and alcohol test
- Frequent drug and alcohol testing at each site
- Must follow legislated & Safe Work practices
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- RTW Coordinators training
- Experience with Health & Safety software and systems
- Sound experience with the Microsoft suite of programs
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, process and software
- Highly effective and clear communication skills
- Highly effective administration skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Ideally you would also have experience or qualifications in WHS or be working towards qualifications in WHS
