About You:

- Experience: Proven expertise in rubber lining of industrial plants, tanks, pipes, chutes, etc.
- Diverse Skills: Proficiency in sandblasting, painting, and ceramic lining.
- Technical Knowledge: A sound understanding of surface preparation for rubber and metal materials.
- Pattern Making: Previous experience in pattern making, with the ability to mark out reducers, bends, cones, etc.
- Material Expertise: Familiarity with various rubber types used in the industry and their technical limitations.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.
- Attitude: A positive 'can-do' attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn and collaborate both in a team and independently.

- Licenses: Ability to obtain a Police Clearance, Fit For Work (Drug and Alcohol Screen), and possess a valid Australian C Class Driver's License, Forklift license, High-risk work License.
About the Opportunity:
As part of our rapid expansion, we're in search of highly motivated individuals for rubber lining and surface treatment works on a permeant casual contract basis (with the opportunity to go full-time) to join our team in Naval Base, WA. As a Rubber Liner, you will be responsible for efficiently, safely, and meticulously rubber lining tanks, pipes, hoppers, chutes, and similar products. Additionally, you will conduct inspections and quality control on your own work and/or other jobs in the workshop, adhering to the 5S principle mentality to ensure a safe and well-maintained workshop environment. As some clients are remotely based, ad-hoc site work may be required.
