All Rubber is aleading supplier of conveyor belting and rubber lining in Western Australia,providing high-quality products and services to many businesses and industries. 

We are looking for RubberLiners to join our Perth branch based in Welshpool.

These positionswill support our existing Rubber Lining team to deliver an efficient, safe andeffective service to all our customers.

Key duties and responsibilities 

·       Undertakeall aspects of the preparation, installation, maintenance and repair of rubberlining projects, including preparation of surfaces, selection andapplication of materials according to work instructions and in alignment withstandard procedures and practices, including the completion of all relevantdocumentation.

·       Applyrubber linings to pipes, spools, launders, agitator blades, chutes tanks,valves, pipes, hoppers and similar articles.

·       Carriesout lagging of and repairs conveyor pulleys involving stripping and paintingpulleys, applying appropriate lagging using appropriate adhesive and solvents.

·       Recognisesand identifies imperfections and problem areas on rubber lining projects,making recommendations and carrying out repairs mitigate the risk ofissues.     

·       Interpretstechnical drawings and diagrams, ensuring delivery of products and service inline with specifications and Australian standards.

·       Selects,prepares, packages, labels, and loads materials and equipment required tocomplete work activities. 

·       Operatesa variety of plant, machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, winches,belt winders, forklifts and hand tools as per procedures and specifications,ensure are stored correctly and maintained in good working condition.

·       Appliesfault finding techniques to identify and address problems with machinery,equipment, vehicles, and parts, and makes recommendations on corrective actionrequired.

·       Appliestechnical skill end expert judgement to a high standard, ensuring the deliveryof quality customer outcomes.  

·       Contributesto maintaining a clean, tidy and organised Site, and takes responsibility formaintaining an ordered and safe immediate work area.

·        Complies with customer and other stakeholderrequirements, and takes a proactive approach to engaging with and participatingin customer pre-requisite activities.

·        Assist in providing training and education tojunior staff. 

·        Completes all tasks on time and to standard.

To be considered for this role, youneed to demonstrate:

• A professional, pro-active and flexible and hands-on approach to work.
• Considerable experience in a similar role and environment.
• Forklift (LF) High-Risk Work Licence
• Dogging and basic Rigging High-Risk Work Licence
• Working at Heights card
• Enter and Working in Confined Space card
• White Card
• Class C Driver’s Licence
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders
• Be physically fit to do manual labour and must be able to successfully pass on-boarding medicals, Lab Drug & Alcohol test, and a National Police Clearance check.
