Form of workAll Rubber is a leading supplier of conveyor belting and rubber lining in Western Australia, providing high quality products and services to a wide range of businesses and industries.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Rubber Liner to join our dynamic team in Bunbury, Western Australia.
We also have positions available in our other branches - Perth and Geraldton in WA and Brisbane in QLD.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Undertake all aspects of the preparation, installation, maintenance and repair of rubber lining projects, including preparation of surfaces, selection and application of materials according to work instructions and in alignment with standard procedures and practices, including the completion of all relevant documentation.
- Apply rubber linings to pipes, spools, launders, agitator blades, chutes tanks, valves, pipes, hoppers and similar articles.
- Carries out lagging of and repairs conveyor pulleys involving stripping and painting pulleys, applying appropriate lagging using appropriate adhesive and solvents.
- Recognises and identifies imperfections and problem areas on rubber lining projects, making recommendations and carrying out repairs mitigate the risk of issues.
- Interprets technical drawings and diagrams, ensuring delivery of products and service in line with specifications and relevant standards.
- Selects, prepares, packages, labels, and loads materials and equipment required to complete work activities.
- Operates a variety of plant, machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, winches, forklifts and hand tools as per procedures and specifications, ensure are stored correctly and maintained in good working condition.
- Applies fault finding techniques to identify and address problems with machinery, equipment, vehicles, and parts, and makes recommendations on corrective action required.
- Applies technical skill end expert judgement to a high standard, ensuring the delivery of quality customer outcomes.
- Contributes to maintaining a clean, tidy and organised Site, and takes responsibility for maintaining an ordered and safe immediate work area.
- Complies with customer and other stakeholder requirements and takes a proactive approach to engaging with and participating in customer pre-requisite activities.
- Assist in providing training and education to junior staff.
- Completes all tasks on time and to standard.

- A professional, pro-active and flexible and hands-on approach to work.
- Considerable experience in a similar role and environment.
- Forklift (LF) High-Risk Work Licence
- Dogging and basic Rigging High-Risk Work Licence (desirable)
- Working at Heights card
- Enter and Working in Confined Space card
- White Card
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders
- Be physically fit to do manual labour and must be able to successfully pass on-boarding medicals, Lab Drug & Alcohol test, and a National Police Clearance check.
