In this role, you'll:
be working as part of a Safe Systems and Programs (Safer People) team, providing research and analysis of a range of issues associated with road user behaviour and community attitudes towards road safety. This is work that will inform policy development and other initiatives designed to influence and change driver behaviour and improve road safety.

About you
Your experience in behavioural science, public policy or related professional experience will see you excel in providing program management and insights across a range of road user behavioural programs, designed to improve road safety and contribute directly to safety outcomes.
You will also have experience with analysis, carrying out/and or applying research and the development of behavioural change programs. As well as experience working amongst policy and/or research and program management.
You're recognised as being someone who is highly adaptable, organised and who enjoys working in a multi-disciplined team. You enjoy managing competing priorities and you value the importance of stakeholder management.
This team currently operates in a hybrid way working one day a week that alternates between Macquarie Park and Elizabeth St, Sydney.
