DUTIES.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide training and support to staff on safety practices and procedures
- Investigate and report on incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to promote a culture of safety
- Safety management in the construction or civil industry
- Knowledge of local safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
