We are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to join our Road Maintenance Team within our Victorian Road Maintenance Contract (VRMC). Under this contract, Fulton Hogan ensures the Department of Transport’s road assets are inspected and maintained across the Barwon South West region of Victoria.As a Safety Coordinator, you will provide operational support in relation to HSQES requirements, ensuring that all relevant legislative requirements and internal documentation are completed. In addition, you will track and report safety trends, monitor monthly performance, assist our subcontractors, and effectively liaise with the health and safety team and Managers on a regular basis.Previous experience in a similar role, relevant qualification, your strong communication skills, as well as your strong attention to detail and passion for safety, will see you thrive in this position. You will have an opportunity to actively engage and connect with the team across Victoria, so you will need to hold a current driver’s licence.This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that supports the delivery of meaningful and impactful work.
