Your opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Safety, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide high level advice to senior management and coordinate subject matter expertise for the enterprise-wide HSW Improvement Program. 

This integral role will be responsible for the delivery of this strategic program, maintaining a strong customer service and commercial focus.  This is an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in project management methodologies to help shape the safety culture at Urban Utilities.  You will be responsible for working across all levels of the business in collaborative partnership, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About you:

As an experienced and passionate leader you will have demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and instructing others, including the coordination and allocation of workload.  

  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build effective stakeholder relationships. 
  • You will have experience and be comfortable working with executive leadership representatives on the development, implementation and delivery of enterprise-wide strategy, programs and operational practices to successfully support the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in planning, business management, program management or change management.
  • Current Driver’s Licence

Highly desirable but not essential:

  • Diploma or Degree level qualification in business or STEM field,
  • Prince2, Agile MSP qualification.
