As the Sale Manager, you will be responsible for managing current contracts, maintaining industry relationships, and supporting senior team members. This role requires a solid understanding of livestock and saleyard procedures, proficiency in technology, effective communication skills, and a commitment to problem-solving.
Location The role is based in Dubbo NSW, and you will be responsible for managing current saleyard contracts in Dubbo, Forbes and Dunedoo. Responsibilities include: Sale Management: Manage livestock sales, implement advanced technology, and effectively communicate with teams and clients, ensuring seamless operations and reporting to senior staff.
Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate within a dynamic team, focusing on training, productivity improvement, and maintaining high morale while demonstrating leadership skills to manage multiple teams.
