About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our KIA sales team to even greater heights.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of dedicated sales professionals
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Foster a customer-centric culture with high level post-sale service
- Generate regular reports and present insights to senior management
- Stay updated with industry developments and new vehicle models
About You
- Proven experience in automotive sales in a leadership or managerial role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members
- Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check (Company provided)
- Ability to work weekends
- A valid driver licence including manual transmission
