ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and fast learning person to join our Asset Preparation Team based at our Eagle Farm branch. In this team you will be responsible for asset preparation across all three of our divisions, Motor Vehicles, Industrial and Salvage Vehicles. This role helps ensure that each asset is presented for sale to the highest standard maximizing value to our clients. Whether it be rectifications, detailing or improving our digital presentation, we look to constantly develop the way we prepare our assets for sale.
In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail and enthusiasm for change. This role will eventually offer flexible work options around working from home some days as well as the branch – we’re experiencing a lot of change at the moment and want to keep as many people working in our branches as possible while we ride the wave to share information and for training reasons.
We’re changing what we do from a stock management perspective and we’re looking for enthusiastic people with experience in similar industries to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all assets are photographed and described correctly
Creating consistency of cataloguing upon arrival amongst similar assets
Organising repairs of assets on behalf of our clients
Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding customer needs
Problem solving and investigation of issues relating to the above
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Understanding of the car/trucks/machinery/equipment space or experience working in a similar role or industry will be highly advantageous
Ability to meet strict deadlines
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
