Responsibilities:
- Warm calling existing clients to upsell and cross sell
- Building and maintaining rapport with existing clients
- Cold calling businesses to maximise sales opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Arranging quotations
- Meet and exceed sales budgets and KPI’s
About you:
- Previous experience in internal sales, B2B and customer service
- Confident in outbound warm and cold calling
- Sales driven with ability to meet sales budgets/KPI’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate with an attention to detail
- Well organised and ability to prioritise work load
- High level of Microsoft Office skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team setting
- ‘Can do’ approach
- Reliable and punctual
- Driver’s licence and car
Salary: $30 - $35 per hour (depending on experience) PLUS super PLUS commission!!
Hours: 8.30am – 4.00pm. Only 4 days a week! PLUS flexibility with days!
