Form of workDuraplas industries has a full-time position available located in the Russelton Industrial Estate in Wollongbar, for a Sales and Administration Assistant.
Duraplas is a market leading manufacturer of rotationally moulded water tanks and other associated products that has been operating for over 40 years under family ownership.
We are seeking an honest, reliable and self motivated individual who values working in a team environment, but who also has the initiative and drive to be able to think outside the square with a view to improving current operational processes.
This position is very much customer focused via phone and internet Sales and requires the applicant to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to think on their feet whilst working in a multifaceted role.
Time management skills are necessary to be able to meet deadlines.
The applicant should possess excellent computer skills including use of Outlook and web-based email applications. Previous experience using Reckon Accounts software will be a distinct advantage but not essential.
Excellent record keeping and file management, as well as attention to detail and technical aptitude, and the ability to remain focused in a fast paced office environment will be highly regarded.
On the job training and support will be provided.
