About the role
As Customer Service Officer with strong Sales Administration experience, you will take responsibility of managing a portfolio of clients and proactively grow market share across clients in this phone-based Sales Administration support role!
What you will enjoy doing
Day to day management of customer's sales order & accounts, taking and processing customer orders.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email converting them to sales orders.
Coordinate with various stakeholders and ensuring on time deliveries to our customers.
Contribute to the growth and management of client portfolios, whilst building solid relationships with various stakeholders.
What makes you great?
You possess exceptional customer service and relationship building - minimum 2-3 years in a tele-sales environment including cold calling for new business opportunities.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and are tech savvy with command on MS office Suite.
Excellence in time management, problem solving and conflict resolution.
Previous experience working in a fact paced environment, multi-tasking and working with a sense of urgency is a must.
