Administration Officer
Reporting to the Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager, this role will see you responsible for meeting and greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service and administration support.
The successful applicant must have a pleasant phone manner, be well presented and have the ability to 'think on their feet' whilst working in a fast paced environment. You will also have the ability to provide all round administration support to the AUS Vehicle Sales team.
The successful candidate must have experience within the automotive industry. You will also be required to;
- Administration and reception duties
- Online licencing and registrations
- Stocking vehicles
- Deal finalisation
- Liaise with customers
- Data management and filing
- Experience with Units DMS (desired)
- Possess intermediate computer knowledge
- Hold a valid Western Australian Drivers licence at all times
To be successful in this role you will have experience within administration in a similar environment and have an eagerness to learn.
