CST Hire provides a leading range of mining and project spec’d vehicles and trucks specifically designed to manage the rigors of Australian construction and mining conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with two or more years of experience in office administration who is eager to further their career within our company.
Position: Client Services Officer
Responsibilities:
- Client Services Officer
- Reception duties including answering phones, mail, preparing letters.
- Liaise with clients regarding collection/delivery of vehicles
- Maintain vehicle register at all times
- Maintain vehicle hire schedule at all times
- Prepare Hire Agreements in a timely manner
- General office/admin duties as required
- Assist Maintenance Manager/Branch Manager as required
- Assist with preparing damage quotes as required
- Allocate vehicles for upcoming hires
- Identify any potential vehicle shortages
- Follow up with clients regarding vehicle off hire damages etc
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries with patience and efficiency.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
