The Role

• Supporting a team of sales representatives
• Support with telephone and email correspondence
• Process listings through to settlement including contract preparation
• Database management
• Marketing - weekly reports and EDMs
• Additional adhoc admin

The Criteria

• Previous experience in residential sales administration or real estate office coordination or a Personal Assistant looking for more of an in-house support role
• The ability to work together with another team member, open communication, and organisation is a must
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
