Are you an experienced Sales Administrator wanting to work for an elite Real Estate office on the Beaches?
Our client has an unmatched reputation and are renowned for selling and leasing high-end Real Estate across the Northern Beaches. Due to growth they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to support their successful sales team.

The Role:

• Ensure all necessary executive tasks associated with listing and selling real estate are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner
• Organise advertising and marketing material in local and regional newspapers
• Preparation of sales contracts and associated correspondence
• Be responsible for co-ordinating aspects of property marketing, including photography and preparation of floor plans
• Assist with property inspections and auctions
• Assistance at open homes

The Person:

• Previous real estate admin or sales experience
• Valid real estate certificate and car
• Must have strong administration skills
• Be well presented and a strong communicator
• Be available to work Saturdays at open homes
