We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to work alongside a top performing team of dedicated professionals in the heart of Port Phillip. The Role will include:

• Support a small Sales Team
• Sales administration
• Answering & directing calls
• Preparing marketing collateral including uploading property listings
• Calendar management
• Managing and updating the CRM
• Other Ad Hoc duties as required

To be considered you must have:

• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator/Office Administrator/EA/PA in the Real Estate Sector
• You will have a Current Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
• Experience using Agent Box preferred
• Professional Personal Presentation
• Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
