We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to work alongside a top performing team of dedicated professionals in the heart of Port Phillip. The Role will include:
- Support a small Sales Team
- Sales administration
- Answering & directing calls
- Preparing marketing collateral including uploading property listings
- Calendar management
- Managing and updating the CRM
- Other Ad Hoc duties as required
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator/Office Administrator/EA/PA in the Real Estate Sector
- You will have a Current Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
- Experience using Agent Box preferred
- Professional Personal Presentation
- Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
- Monday to Friday - keep your evenings and weekends free for family and social time!
