Currently seeking a Sales Administrator, this is an opportunity for a talented individual who is determined to take their Real Estate career to the next level and join the most recognizable talents in providing exceptional customer service when listing and selling the most exclusive properties.
The Duties:

• Provide full administration support to a team of agents
• Liaise with Vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Ad hoc sales admin duties, sales advice, sales exchanges etc
• Database management and updates on the CRM
• Book advertising and upload to portals
• Assisting with exchanges and settlements

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Real Estate in an administration capacity (at least 6 Months)
• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
• Immaculately presented and well-groomed
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
