Industry Sales Manager
based in

This exciting role offers opportunity to: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Increase business and account base from selective industries. Collaborate with management and the respective teams to develop sales account plans for strategic industries. Develop and sustain solid relationships with strategic customers Address and resolve strategic customer complaints Act as the main point of contact between selective industry and internal teams Communicate and collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams to ensure that strategic customers' needs are met Compile reports on industry development progress, goals, and forecasts for management and key stakeholders Develop a thorough understanding of strategic customers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions Negotiate contracts with strategic customers and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer's long-term goals Assist the Sales Team with closing business and driving revenue Develop trusted relationships with prospective customers and elevate within the company to senior management to drive desired outcomes Report on sales metrics and accurate forecasting directly to the management team QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably a Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 3 years Technical or product sales experience in selective industry; Experience in logistic automation, food machinery, general automation is highly preferred Conveyor belting industry experience is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrate ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels. Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents); This position also accepts home based and domestic upon demand
