Sprout Recruitment is representing a Western Sydney based Agency in their search for their next area professional who will specialise in the Marsden Park locale.The ideal candidate will have a drive and commitment for success, a willingness to learn, with a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Sales Agent is preferable.
About the Role:
- Liaise with vendors and buyers to ensure they are receiving quality real estate services
- Provide end-to-end Sales
- Conduct and run open homes and private inspections
- Research and identify new opportunities within market
- Willingness to conduct phone prospecting and letterbox drops
- Maintain and manage all data entry into CRM and sales software
- Email / enquiry management
- Servicing Pipeline and creation of your pre-listing kits, appraisals, CMA's
- Negotiating sales
- Handling buyer enquires and hold strong communication with all parties
- Providing a report and summary of progress to Directors and management
- You have a current Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate License
- You have full Australian working rights and are an Australian resident
- You possess previous real estate sales experience is mandatory
- You're in possession of a valid NSW driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- You consider yourself to be professional and have a friendly phone manner
- You demonstrate excellence in customer service and communication skills
- You're familiar with RE software, you have a high attention to detail and an ability to negotiate
