Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role helping clients buy and sell properties in the Upper North Shore area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading agency with the option of three office locations, and be surrounded by a team of experienced professionals with an excellent office culture and supportive team environment allowing you to take your sales career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Managing the listing and selling process within your team or individually
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Prospecting new customers through various channels
- Managing potential buyers and their individual requirements
- Providing local area knowledge to clients
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date on new sales techniques and legislation
- Valid real estate license
- Proven track record of sales with an annual GCI of $150k +
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent energy and a desire to succeed in real estate
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the Upper North Shore real estate market is a plus
