Your role:
- Develop and maintain a contact database in your designated area
- Inspect and list properties for sale
- Prepare marketing, form 6's, and conduct service activities to sell listed properties including private inspections and open days
- Supervise the contract of sale to negotiation until the property settles
- Participate in uplifting sales team meetings, where collaboration and camaraderie fuel motivation and drive toward shared goals.
- Embrace a customer-first approach, ensuring that every decision and action is geared towards delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalised service.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for real estate transactions, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed guidance to clients.
You will have:
- A current real estate certificate (registered with the Office of Fair Trade)
- A full driver’s license and vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate sales
- A strong pipeline, minimum 1 sale per month
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
