About the role
We are on the lookout for a casual Sales Agentto join our team in Cairns due to our continued success and ongoing growth. We are offering you the opportunity to be a part of a leading company in tourism where having fun and building relationships is an important part of the role! You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays when required.
About you
You have exceptional customer service skills including great face to face, phone, and email manner. You love helping people, building relationships, and providing recommendations including upselling. You are fast on your feet to manage large call volumes and face to face enquiries. You understand the importance of accuracy when creating reservations and obtaining client details.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Sales orientated with the ability to influence and upsell products
- Great communication skills- both verbal and written
- Previous experience with reservations systems highly desired
