This role offers a diverse workload, with a focus on the company’s fast-paced growth. We seeking a creative problem solver to support clients throughout their journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute toward sales targets by completing relevant tasks efficiently and accurately;
• Managing and actioning incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and effective manner;
• Build impactful client connections with a solution-oriented approach to achieve successful order outcome;
• Basic Estimating, providing quotations to our valued clients;
• Collaborating with the broader Sales Team

You are an enthusiastic, Customer Service individual who is self-motivated and  thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

The ideal candidate must:

• Be a positive team player who can maintain a professional manner in a diverse environment;
• Pride yourself on efficiency and accuracy;
• Have a can-do attitude, with drive to produce results and problem-solve;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and good computer skills;
• Previous experience in the building industry is favourable
