About the Position:
We are implementing the next exciting growth phase in our strategic plan, and we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales & Customer Experience Manager with proven success in managing and leading high performing teams within the property industry.
This is a pivotal senior management role, responsible for inspiring and driving the success, growth and performance of the sales team, sale processes, customer service and product performance. As a key collaborative role within the senior management team, we expect an open, honest and proactive communicator to deliver the strategic business objectives of the sales team.
You will hold extensive successful real estate industry experience in a management or leadership role.
On offer is a competitive salary commensurate with experience, together with a company vehicle.
Location flexible to Dubbo, Newcastle or Sydney with regular travel as required.
