An opportunity exists for a motivated and driven sales and customer representative to join a wholesale company that has been in business since 1975 in Blacktown. They are specialised wholesalers, and their focus is on delivering exceptional Customer service to all their distributors. They strongly believe in teamwork and dedication, which is evident in long-standing staff.
Your new role As a sales and Customer service representative, your day-to-day tasks will include handling all incoming calls and email enquires on sales and provide order confirmation and pricing enquires to distributors. You will play a vital role in providing technical support to distributors. You will have proven experience in working in collaboration with other sales team & Sales Director and maintain high professionalism. What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 1 year sales and Customer service experience.
Good computer skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure and in a collaborative team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well presented, friendly and efficient.
Must have a car
Takes ownership and accountability
What you'll get in return
