The Company:
GREEN CLOVER is a wholesaler / distributor to the Health and Organic Food retail industry in NSW. We supply a broad range of the highest quality Organic, Gluten-Free and Natural products to Health, Organic and Speciality Food stores, Independent Supermarkets and Fruit & Vegetable Grocers.
The Role:
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team with cross-training opportunities provided for ongoing job growth in additional roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Accurate and timely processing of customer orders in liaison with the warehouse
- Attending to customer enquiries regarding product lines and services
- Deal with and resolve customer complaints
- Provide administrative, inventory management and logistic support including liasing with courier services
Skill Requirements:
- Good Communication and Listening Skills with a Calm and Courteous Phone Manner
- Ability to handle and resolve customer concerns
- Good Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective Organisational Skills
- Must be a Team Player
- Clear communications and able to build good customer relationships
- Committed to customer satisfaction
Candidates with related experience preferred but training is provided. Comprehensive training will be provided on our cloud-based inventory, sales systems and courier booking systems.
Remuneration:
Pay will be offered based on the level of skills and experience you have. Superannuation is paid. This is a Mon to Fri, 5 days a week role.
We will consider a part-time position.
