On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.
The role will be responsible for the effective execution of all marketing initiatives and ensuring overall brand objectives are met.
The daily duties and responsibilities include:
• Manage the full sales cycle for your allocated region
• Work to individual and team targets, as well as focused KPI’s
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation
• Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly
• Unlock new users of company products and workflow
• Balance attraction of new customers and partner with retention and growth of existing customers and partners
• Be omni-present across all verticals with a focus on key markets including film, TV, Live, Fixed Install and more
• Working with our direct partner network to increase our company’s presence in the region
• Organise demos and technical pre-Sales and post-sales activity using the Technical Solutions team
• Work with the EMEA Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers
• Work with the VP Sales EMEA to plan, resolve issues and ensure good communication across the team
• Work with the marketing team to generate interest and knowledge of the brand across Australia & NZ
• Strong knowledge of direct Sales and reselling networks in previous sales roles
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Design and implement a strategic business development plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it’s strong presence in managed regions.
Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.
Experience & Skills
• 5 plus years in direct, complex, solution led selling
• Experience of lead generation
• Experience of working with decision makers and closing deals
• Clear achievement of ambitious targets and growth
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Commercially minded, with a proven track record of sales growth
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Strong presentation skills
• Outstanding influencing skills
• Strong negotiation skills
Salary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $90,000-$120,000
