About the RoleJAX Tyres & Auto Caloundra are seeking an experienced Salesperson and Store Managerto join their growing team.
Salesperson - Salary starting from $68,000+ negotiable on experience. In this role, you will be responsible to promote and sell the JAX Tyres & Auto range and provide new and existing customers with industry leading level of customer service.
Store Manager - Salary starting from $85,000+ negotiable on experience. In this role, you will be developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members while providing an outstanding customer service experience, guiding customers to a decision that best meets their wants and needs. Additionally, both roles will assist the Franchisee with the daily running of the store and will maintain a strong focus on business optimisation.
Your day-to-day tasks would include.- Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experience
- Managing, motivating, encouraging, and communicating with your team
- Relationship building with staff, customers, suppliers and more.
- Handling, processing and maintaining payment, sales, receipts, bookings, and stock records.
- Preferably 2 or more years’ experience as a sales or Store Manager
- Excellent communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, but also unsupervised.
- MUST be physically fit and able to carry out day-to-day tasks.
- Knowledge WHS practices
- MUST be experienced and knowledgeable in the automotive and/or tyre industry.
- Australian driver's licence (Required)
- Available to work on Saturday’s rotating roster (Required)
