We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work across our Kingston and Huonville stores. This role is offered as part time on a Fixed Term contract (Maternity Leave Coverage) with a minimum 24 hours p/f including every second Saturday, with additional hours offered to cover leave.

Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in a retail setting, preferably fashion
- Demonstrated experience with POS systems
- Experience in managing teams of people or willingness to take that next step
- Exceptional customer service skills, building lasting connections with customers
- Knowledge of clothing brands and fabric types
- Awareness of current WHS practises
- Previous experience working with volunteers would be an advantage
- Ability to cover additional shifts
- Time management skills and the ability to apply in high pressure situations
- Ability to motivate yourself and others
- Visual merchandising knowledge
- Passion for helping others

The successful applicant must hold a current compliant National Police Check, along with a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card or be willing to obtain. You must also hold a Driver's Licence with no restrictions.
