The Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain stock integrity
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Manage incoming stock
- Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store
- Prioritise safety and environmental considerations
- Highly organised
- Ability to work autonomously
- Supportive and proactive attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in multitasking
- Previous retail experience with a background in tools and hardware preferred
