WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This role is a key member of the Operations team, which works closely with all team members to:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of Order Fulfilment business operations, maintaining relations between Order Fulfilment and channel partner via email queries and incoming calls.
- Fulfil incoming search packages in adherence to SLA requirements
- Liaise with relevant authorities on critical outstanding search requests and escalate where possible, as well as maintain existing relationships with these authorities
- Lodge manual requests with authorities, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
- Maintaining authority payment and contact details
- Liaise with Accounts Department to arrange authority payments.
- Effectively communicate with customers and external 3rd parties, maintaining a high standard of service and maximum satisfaction to all parties.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
- Able to get to our Brisbane office - this is an on-site position.
- Experience with property conveyance certificates or data entry ideal, but not essential to the role, and the ability to handle a large volume of customer requests within tight deadlines beneficial.
- Well-developed customer focused and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts, build effective relationships and work through complex, confidential and sensitive matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent level of ability with major Microsoft software packages: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment.
