We are a long established Retail Floor coverings store which services a very big part of the Wimmera, Mallee and Northern and Southern parts of the Grampians. We display a big variety of carpet and vinyl floor coverings for residential and commercial works, plus floor rugs and tiles. Our Team, from the sales staff in the showroom to the sub contractors and apprentices out in the field are a great big family. Everyone knows how important it is to work together to help everyone make a great job at the end, with the customer getting a 100% satisfaction on what they have chosen for their home.
Qualifications & experience
- No experience required. On the job training. Some computer knowledge would be good. A forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential. A drivers licence is required.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Good customer service in the showroom and over the phone. Contacting customers to arrange onsite measures so quotes can be completed. Talking to sub contractor installers about jobs for the day. Placing orders for stock purchases and putting stock away to keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
