Gamekeepers of Australia is a dynamic wholesale meat business in Moorabbin and is looking for a motivated person to join their office team as a Customer Service/ Sales Assistant. Our company supplies leading Victorian restaurants and catering companies with fresh meat and smallgoods. We take great pride in the quality of our products and services.
This role is designed to be a main point of contact for all the customers. This is an office-based position only and the main responsibilities are:
- answering incoming calls and emails
- resolve product or service problems
- liaise with sales, dispatch and production departments to resolve problems in the most efficient way.
- provide a positive customer satisfaction experience
- input of orders from in-coming phone calls and emails
- daily lockup and close of office
- other tasks as required
Working hours for this role are:
- Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
The candidate:
- must be a good communicator
- must be a good problem solver
- must be reliable
- must a good team player
- experience in the food or hospitality industry would be an advantage
