The Role:
Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week, your specific duties will include but not be limited to
- Marketing and Sales Administration
- Open homes /Inspections
- Maintain the Agent Box database of listings, prospective buyers, prospective vendors, vendors and past clients
- Attend OFI and by appointment inspections for sales listings
- Local property market research
- Attend Market Appraisals
- Book and attend pre-settlement inspections
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Be well presented and well spoken
- Energetic, committed and strive for nothing but excellence.
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Strong administration and communication skills
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a reliable car
