Sales Assistant To Director - Recruitment Agency

At Oak Recruitment, due to growth we are expanding! We are the largest Real Estate & Strata specific Recruitment Firm in VIC, with offices in VIC & NSW.
  
We are wanting to train someone into a full time, Monday - Friday Sales Assistant role to one of our Directors who consults and recruits in the Real Estate & Property Industry in Melbourne.

We pride ourselves on being the best of the best. Ethically, efficiently and proactively recruiting and consulting in the Property & Corporate Industries, with the latest recruitment tech and tools of the trade!

Reason for Role: This new role is to one of our Directors. He is a higher performing, professional, organised, patient operator in Recruitment & Consulting.

Duties:
  - Outbound phone calls and lead generation of candidates looking for work (full database and training provided)
- Answer emails and enquiries
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
- Do up people's resumes
- Negotiation and closing deals (with Director's assistance)
- You will be using JobAdder (easy to use recruitment database), LinkedIn, Office 365 Outlook emails / calendar etc 

Hours: Work Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm (after hours / WFH options at your & our discretion)
  
You also can work 8:00am - 4:00pm, or 8:30am to 4:30pm, we finish circa 4:30pm regardless on Fridays.

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
  
- Expect to earn a base salary $60,000 - $70,000 + Monthly Bonuses Approx 2-4K/month, expect to take home >100K in your first year. 

- Career progression is available within 6 months to progress into a Recruitment Consultant (end to end Sales role) with earnings 100-200K at this point and beyond possible.

- You will be given a phone, laptop, training, great office space to work from (most of our staff catch public transport or drive into the office), and everything you need to succeed. 

- You will have our high end office space with huge kitchen, lockers, shower, private boardroom and top of the line hotel style facilities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Sales Experience or has been a PA / EA to a High Performing Salesperson
- Real Estate/Property Experience (ideal)
- Recruitment Experience (ideal)
- Excellently presented and strong written & spoken skills
