About the Role:
The newly created Sales Support role is designed to support our Brand Managers to grow their share of market by talking administration off their plate and assisting with follow up via phone and email
The role includes:
- Customer service phone calls
- Order administration
- Digital sales outreach
- Supporting partner brands to use the platform
- Creating email templates and campaigns
- Dispatching parcels
Our workdays are fast paced and exciting. New ranges launch daily and new stores are enquiring all the time. All while we ensure our existing customers are happy and across the new styles from their stocked brands.
You’ll also be servicing our partner brands to ensure they’re happy and value the great work we do.
We’re a tight team in head office, supported by our back end team who work from home. Being part of a growing business means you’ll have an opportunity to see how everything happens in the business, picking up skills constantly.

- Has used Shopify & Canva (not mandatory but highly valued)
