The Duties
- All aspects of prospecting and lead generating
- Database management
- Attend open homes & auctions
- Buyer management
- Attending appraisals & client / vendor appointments
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Monitoring phone & email inquiries
- Booking market appraisals
- Liaising with vendors, tenants and tradespeople
- Provide all administrative duties
- 12 months relevant experience ideal
- Cert IV in Property Services
- A passion for the industry
- Driven & ready to excel
- Outstanding organisational skills and time management
- High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Neat & tidy presentation
- Vehicle & SA Driver’s License
- This role is not your standard 9am - 5pm
