An opportunity to work alongside an all-female award winning team for an Experienced Property Manager.
Offering an attractive salary package of $75,000 for four days a week or $85,000 for five days, with the flexibility to negotiate terms for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities;
Effectively and professionally manage a portfolio of residential properties.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both tenants and property owners
Establish consistent and transparent communication with landlords and tenants
Ensure strict adherence to all legal obligations in Property Management
Stay abreast of advancements and changes in Property
Stay informed on current rental market trends and ensure rents align with RTA legislation
Streamline the efficient processing of lease renewals
Coordinate and conduct regular inspections in accordance with due dates
Daily follow-up and resolution of rental arrears
Promptly address and complete maintenance/job requests
Handle and resolve tenancy disputes with efficiency
Maintain a regular work schedule without weekend or overtime commitments.
Required Qualifications;
Experience in the real estate industry as a Property Manager is a mandatory prerequisite for this role. Candidates must possess a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
