AddressWork in a fast paced and diverse role, within the team of co-agents Thanasi Mantopoulos & Justin Peters (Principal), assisting with residential sales and lead generation. This strong footing will allow you to learn how to become the best of the best in real estate.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, excellent personal presentation, strong work ethic and high customer service standards. A valid drivers license is required. You will be required to have completed your Certificate IV in Real Estate (or close to completing).

With an expansive western suburbs database you will be working alongside arguably the most successful selling team in the inner-western suburbs.
About the Role:
- Assist with general administration tasks & appointments
- Email, diary and calendar management
- Lead generation & prospecting activities
- Manage a buyer database and generate new opportunities
- Be trained Organise paperwork for Agency Agreements, Contracts and other documentation as required
- Vendor management
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Communicate with clients
- Attend open inspections, auctions and other appointments as required
- Undertake other administrative duties for the Company
- Contribute positively to our core values and culture including building strong relationships with all staff
- Follow all LJ Hooker policies and procedures
- Follow all Real Estate Legislation
About You:
The successful applicant will be well-presented with the following skills and attributes:
- Self-motivated, proactive and efficient
- Act professionally and ethically at all times
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Hold a valid Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
- Certificate IV in Property Services (highly desirable)
- Previous experience working in a Real Estate Agency (highly desirable)
