What is the role?

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Attending Open Homes
• Managing administration of sales campaigns including vendor reporting
• Conducting private inspections as required
• Follow up all OFI attendees
• Daily prospecting calls
• Follow up weekly contact with buyers
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and on a daily basis
• Create appraisal opportunities
• Liaise/negotiate with buyers and vendors
• Co-ordinate and conduct pest and building inspections
• Data entry and database management
• Attend listing appointments where arranged with Lead Agent
• Client care and buyer follow up
• Canvassing
• General administration duties

Ideally you will have an open mind to new technologies and the ability to work well within a structured team environment. Excellent organisational skills are also required to enable you to grow within the role.

A Real Estate Certificate of Registration, reliable motor vehicle and current drivers licence are required.
