Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence: Achieve individual sales targets while contributing significantly to the team’s overall sales goals. Proactively identify and seize opportunities to increase sales and store profitability.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds Chopard’s luxury standards. Create memorable experiences for all clients by understanding their needs, offering personalized solutions, and ensuring they leave with a lasting positive impression.
- Client Relations: Handle all customer enquiries and complaints with the utmost professionalism and tact. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- CRM and Client Data Management: Manage customer data using the company’s CRM system. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement, personalized communication, and exceptional after-sales service.
- Event Coordination: Support in the planning, preparation, and execution of exclusive in-store events.
- Boutique Operations: Maintain daily boutique operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising (VM) setups, ensuring the store presentation aligns with Chopard’s luxury standards.
- After-Sales Service: Contribute to the after-sales service process, guaranteeing that all client needs are met promptly and efficiently, enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Boutique Manager, showing flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.

Experience and Skills
- A passion for client service and an understanding of luxury brand clientele
