About the opportunity
The Sales Associate works closely with the Sales Consultant, reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Hunter Sales team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display centre
- Greet and assist visitors to the display home, schedule appointments
- Support customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions
- Collaborating with the New Homes Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are met
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframes
About you

- Have an outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Have a demonstrated customer focus for the provision of excellent customer service
- The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
- Be self-motivated, goal-orientated and strive to produce only quality work with a high attention to detail
- Be performance and results driven with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
- A genuine interest in sales and the building industry to help customers purchase their dream home
- Ability to work weekends
