Sales Consultant | Travel Industry | Work From Home

Fantastic opportunity for a sales-orientated Consultant to join this leading global brand selling travel to the USA, South America and Europe.  To apply you will need to have a quiet place to work at home undisturbed throughout your shift as you will take constant calls.

What are the hours?
Monday to Friday | 2 shifts | 7.30am-3.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm (NSW TIME)

What is the salary?
$55-57k base + super + on-target commission of $38k but uncapped if you exceed targets
PLUS
5% pay increase after 12-months
PLUS 
A$1400 additional bonus after 12 months

A$155 annually towards office expenses, A$375 annually towards internet expenses, A$225 annually towards fitness expenses

What does the day-to-day look like?
Working in a fast-paced environment and taking calls from travel trade partners and direct customers you will use your skills to:

• PROVIDE A CONSULTATIVE SALES PROCESS - Ask relevant questions to understand clients travel preferences, needs, and budget to suggest the perfect travel experience
• PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - Provide an excellent experience on calls to maximise booking potential, drive customer loyalty and referrals.
• CREATE SALES LEADS- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
• HIT KPIs- Consistently achieve individual sales and performance goals
• MANAGE ACCOUNTS- Assist customers from the point of enquiry through to their departure date and follow up for future bookings on their return

Will you train me?

The initial training will be conducted remotely in a team environment over 4-6 weeks to set you up for success.  Beyond that you will participate and engage in small group coaching sessions and collaborate with team members to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices.  Training starts Monday 6 May

What experience do I need?

• Previous sales experience (Travel Industry would be advantageous)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client enquiries 
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly master new systems 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent telephone manner
