As the Sales Associate, you will be one of the driving forces that keeps this high-performing Agent setting benchmarks of unrivalled customer service and success. This full-time position includes Saturday work, with a weekday off.
Role Description:
- Booking photo shoots, open homes & day to day appointments for the Lead Agent
- Diary management of the team
- Database management
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Assisting with open homes & private inspections
- Preparing Vendor reports
- Client care & buyer follow-up
- Conducting property staging & photo shoots
- Keeping the Lead Agent on time throughout the day & organising calendar
- Letterbox-dropping marketing material
To be successful, you:
- Must have a current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Must have a driver's license and a reliable car
- Must be immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Be a team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence, and a positive can-do attitude
- Must be mature-minded and able to perform under pressure with a smile
- Must have exceptional organisational & time management skills
- Must be switched on, a quick learner & fast-paced
